Our Doctoral degrees are practical, ministry-focused degree programs that are designed to equip church leaders with ministerial tools for service in today’s complex and challenging world. Students will develop personal and spiritual well-being for ministry effectiveness and satisfaction, refine their ability to lead congregations effectively in situations of change, and develop in one or more of the major strategic areas of Christian leadership. The Doctoral degree program will provide the opportunity for our participants to broaden their perspectives beyond their own traditions and cultures. The program will provide ministry professionals with advanced training and the skills necessary to analyze ministry practices through sustained biblical, ecclesiastical and theological reflection, and to discern, shape and disseminate new practices in the service of the gospel.
